Established in Indianapolis, Indiana, Pica studio is owned and operated by John Chastain. Pica studio makes usable interfaces, responsive websites, and delivers expertly-crafted modern design to selected clients.
John Chastain is both a graduate of Herron School of Art and Design, as well as a former faculty member of the Herron design program. John taught typography classes at Herron School of Art and Design from 2000-2005, and studied graphic design with some of the most respected twentieth-century designers at Yale University Summer Design Program in Brissago, Switzerland (1994). John has nearly two decades of professional design experience.

Pica studio delivers accessible, semantic HTML and responsive web design for desktop and mobile devices. Pica studio specializes in front-end development using CSS3, HTML5, and jQuery as well as the industry standard content management tool WordPress.
